NUTRIENT DENSE WEEKLY BASKETS (C.S.A.)
Become involved by joining our C.S.A. program! Community Supported Agriculture is collaboration between the local community and the farmer. Individuals and families support the farm directly for a season and in return, receive a share of the weekly harvest. This partnership gives CSA members the freshest, most local produce possible, usually picked the same day they receive it.
Based on front-edge science, our goal is to offer as many different varieties of open pollinated and heirloom vegetables, fruits, herbs, nuts and berries as possible.
Whole health requires optimal plant:
Structure: Proper phyto-elementary structure of the plant, grown in soil with restored microbial mass.
Color: Nutritional content varies with variety and color, therefore it is best to eat an array of colorful produce.
Maturity: Produce ripened to its full maturity in the ground or on the tree or vine, picked fresh, maximizes nutrient content.
